If you like all things "pirate" you will love the musical "A Pirate's Life For Me", directed by K. Lynette McGilliard with musical direction by Tina Stobbe, Lexi Jones & Sami Loberegt. This show has something for everyone in the family. Just published in 2006 and written by Craig Sodaro the music and lyrics are by Bill Francoeur.

Aristocrat Roger Goodman has his heart set on marrying Sarah Huffington, until he finds out that she thinks him boring.She would rather marry an adventurous pirate. They both set sail, with their rather motely crews. Sarah is searching for the man of her dreams; Roger, with the help of Long John Sliver, is searching for the skills to become the man of Sarah's dreams. They meet on Treasure Island where the retired Bluebeard and his crew are searching only for some peace and quiet. Throw in chests of gold doubloons and the result is a swashbuckling, happy ending, game of hide and seek.
