BEFORE YOUR AUDITION: • Fill out the audition form completely. Note conflicts you have on the sheet. • Read the FEES INFORMATION below. • Sign this form and bring it and the audition form to your appointment. • Read audition procedure form completely and take that page home with you for information regarding call backs and when to check for the posting
FEES: • COSTUMES : It may be necessary for cast members to pay for the costumes that they wear. You will be advised as to what you need by our costumer. We will keep the cost to a minimum. All costumes pieces paid for by you will belong to you at the end of the show. You are responsible for purchasing or supplying your own make-up and footwear. • SCRIPTS/MUSIC : There is a fee for scripts and music. • PARTICIPATION FEE : As we are an all volunteer non-profit organization, we rely on grants, ticket sales & generous community support to keep us running. We are asking for a $20 participation fee to help cover some of the production costs on each show. If this creates any financial burden, please contact Terry Ford 857-6196 or the stage manager.
Each actor is required to volunteer a minimum of ten hours during a production. See the list for possible choices. Commit now to get your choice of how you would like to help. Families are welcome to help you fulfill your required stint. If you cannot volunteer time, a minimum cash donation of $50.00 is an alternative.
